Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RestockRadar, a Shopify app by 8th Origin LLC. By installing the app you agree to them.

The service

RestockRadar captures back-in-stock demand on your storefront, notifies shoppers when you restock, and ranks reorder recommendations by captured demand value. Features may change as the app improves.

Billing

Charges are billed through Shopify's billing system on the plan you select in the app. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from within the app; uninstalling ends billing per Shopify's rules.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your inventory data, for configuring notifications in line with the laws that apply to your store (including consent rules for SMS/email in your jurisdiction), and for the contacts your shoppers submit.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. Reorder recommendations are estimates based on your data, not guarantees of demand. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8th Origin LLC's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.

Termination

Uninstall at any time. We may suspend the service for abuse or non-payment. Your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.
